Early and Family Life Mr. Noel Osborne was born on 20 December 1966 in Trinidad and Tobago West Indies to Mr. and Mrs. Elvin F. Osborne. He migrated to the United States at age 10 to live in Brooklyn New York. Mr. Osborne graduated from John Jay High School in 1985 and enlisted into the Regular Army as a Field Artillery Cannoneer in the same year. He is married to the former Adele Mckinnon and is the father of six children Noel Elvin (Deceased), Nicol Kayla (27), Ashley Osborne (Deceased), Noel Clarence Jr. (21), Arianna Jacqueline Vanessa (19) and Aleecia Joy (16). He has one grandson, Tytus Zier Solomon (11).
