Night Vision Device or NVD is a modern technological system allowing one to see in poorly lighted areas. NVD is also used with thermal cameras in modern warfare. It allows tanks,helicopters,jets,and SPAA (Self Propelled Anti Air) to view targets from far distances
It is used in Guided Bombsystems,TV Guidance,and Air-to-Surface Guidance systems.
It allows Main Battle Tanks to see targets in the dark.
