Momoh Oyarekhua (born 26 june 1970) is a Nigerian buisnessman, philanthropist and Oil and Gas Enterpreuner . He is the CEO of OPAC REFINERIES (OMSA PILLAR ASTEX COMPANY) and The Chairman of Crude Oil Refineries Owners Association of Nigeria (CORAN)

Momoh Oyarekhua was born in Auchi, Edo state. He attened Havard Buisness school.

He founded Omsa integrated services ltd in 2003, OMSA has been on the forefront of providing fast and reliable bunker services across the West African region. OMSA is also one of the leading physical suppliers of bunker fuels and lubricants in West Africa

He is also the chairman of OMSA PILLAR ASTEX COMPANY Limited (OPAC Refineries)[1] .Which is a wholly privately owned indigenous company duly incorporated in Nigeria to refine crude oil and supply clean fuels in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.

He also stands as the Chairman of Crude Oil Refineries Owners Association of Nigeria (CORAN)
