  1. ^ a b Lifestyle, in this writing, is defined as the main activities done during a person's adulthood to fulfill life goals. We are using an alternate definition to satisfy this theoretical meaning of Modern lifestyle.
  2. ^ In Antiquity, before nations strongly connected with one another, cultures and beliefs were unique. Many activities vary between those ancient civilizations, but not all of them.
