Minecraft is a game where you can go anywhere you wanna go, do anything you wanna do. it's the biggest sandbox game ever created. and it's the most played game. this article will tell about the ores in minecraft. first there's coal, which can be used as a fuel source in furnaces. it's the most abundant resource/ore. next up in the list is iron, which is the most used in crafting recipes. it can be used in armor, tools, weaponry, and more! next is gold, which can be weak or strong. it can be used in armor, tools, and weaponry, but it's not that good, because it is very feeble and fragile. it can be used in good things, too, like in golden apples and trading with piglins. next in the list is copper, which can be used for electric things, like in lightning rods. speaking of electricity, redstone is a great compound. it can be used to power stuff, make minecart rails, and more! next up in the list is diamond, originally the strongest ore in minecraft. it can be used in armor, tools, and weaponry. It can also be used in enchanting tables. it is now the second strongest in the game. next is emerald, which is almost always used in trading with villagers. that's pretty much the only use for it, aside from being used in beacons. the next ore is lapis lazuli, which is used in enchanting. enchanting is magicifying a tool, weapon, armor, and more! now for the ores in the second dimension the Nether. first we have quartz, which is ONLY used in decorations. there is no other use for quartz. next in the list is nethergold, which is just normal gold but in the nether. it can be a good source for piglin trading. finally, there is netherite. netherite is the strongest material in minecraft, and can be used in tools, armor, and weaponry. it was added in the 1.16 nether update. it can even be used to make the legendary lodestone. the lodestone allows you to use compasses in the nether.
