Miklos Havas is a bass player, musician, producer, founder and former bass player and songwriter of the popular Hungarian band Irie Maffia. He started his musical career in the late 90s when he played the bass guitar in the popular Hungarian band UP!. Before the release of the debut album Nap he quit the band and finished his studies at the ELTE Faculty of Law where he graduated as a lawyer. After he moved to Paris and studied film production and distribution. Beside music he also worked as a producer and film industry professional.

At the end of 2000's he came back to Hungary and joined the alternative rock band Duende where he played the bass guitar. HE recorded two albums with the band FASTA SAMBA and Lélekvándor.

In 2005 he joined the legendary Hungarian alternative rock band Sziámi and as a bass player he toured with the band and recorded two albums Fogjad mar meg! and Az Isten Álljon Meg.

In 2005 he founded the popular Hungarian band Irie Maffia and he has been member of the band until 2013. He recorded 3 albums with them and played two sands of concerts all over the major Festivals and concert halls in Hungary and Europe. In 2010 they founded with Irie Maffia guitarist Adam Szekér and drummer Tamás Dési the power rock band Irie rock trio.their debut album Sickout came out in 2010 produced and mixed by Grammy Winning tome Weir in Studio city Sound, Los Angeles. The other producer and recording engineer producer was Victor Scherer "Max" at Pannonia Studio, Budapest.

Recently Miklos works as a bass player in his own rock band Good Dog, Bad Dog, which was formed by his ex Irie Maffia and Irie Rocktrio bandmates Adam Szekér and Tamas Dési. their debut album will be released at the end of 2024. Miklós also works as a music producer under the name Mikoo with international and Hungarian artists. His main style is hip-hop, RNB, soul, trap and pop. He is working on his debut album Beatz diary Paris vol 1. which will be released in Fall 2024.
