Michael Koch (born December 26, 1977, in Lowell, Massachusetts) is an American Entrepreneur known for his contributions in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). He is author of "The Performance CEO"[1] Co-Founder and CEO of HubKonnect Inc., [2] and Chairman of QSR Research Labs. [3]

In March 2022, Michael Koch was honored with the Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Machine Learning by The Business Intelligence Group.[4] Michael Koch holds a position on the Forbes Technology Council [5] and is a contributing author on the topics of artificial intelligence, Koch's written works and editorial quotes have been featured on FastCompany[6] and Forbes. Biohacking edit
Michael Koch is credited with the creation of the "Extreme Cognitive Protocol," a biohacking method aimed at enhancing cognitive performance for entrepreneurs.[9] [10] Business Insider conducted an interview with Koch Jul 16, 2023 discussing the extreme protocol. It includes routine ice baths, light therapy, blue blocker eye wear, hydration management, use of controlled caffeine intake, thermal exposure, sleep cooling, reducing and eliminating exposure to devices, blackout curtains, sleep monitoring and optimization. [9]
Business Insider and Yahoo Finance both published the feature article on Koch's daily application of the extreme cognitive protocol which includes a fasting regimen, abstaining from food for 23 hours daily and observing a 48-hour fasting period once a week for 3 weeks, extended to 72 hours once a month. The structured fasting schedule is purportedly intended to induce a heightened state of cognitive focus in the body.[11] [12]

Michael Koch was Captain of the 2000 Wake Forest Demon Deacons football team. He was also a "Gatorade High School All – American" and was approached for recruitment by all of the top Power Five university teams.[13]
Michael graduated in 1996 from Shawnee High School and on June 4th, 2018 was inducted into the Shawnee Academic Hall of Fame.[14] [15]
