Maxwell Felix (born July 15, 1983) is a Nigerian-American Pastor and Author.[1]. He is the founder and president of the Believer Federation Center, also known as The Joyous Church, and the author of Maxwell Daily Devotional. In addition, he has written several books, including A Man in Christ Jesus, Communication Rhapsodic, and The Active Christian.

Maxwell was born on July 15, 1983, to Felix and Julie Ehiedu in Delta State, Nigeria. He was raised among three sisters, two stepbrothers, and a step-sister.
Maxwell attended Myhong Military Primary School in Yaba, Lagos, where he excelled academically and displayed leadership qualities. He then attended Ojota High School, and after completing high school in 2001, he worked as a receptionist at Med-in Specialist Hospital for a year. He then joined K.i.n.g.d.o.m, where he served as the president until 2006.
In 2009, Maxwell acquired a scholarship and attended Delta State University, where he received a bachelor of science in mass communication in 2014 which allows him to reach a broad audience through various platforms, ensuring that the message of God's love and salvation is accessible to all. Whether through social media, television broadcasts, or public speaking engagements, his ability to articulate his message clearly and compellingly has been a cornerstone of his ministry. During this time, he founded an evangelistic network, CIFNET, and published his first book, Communication Rhapsodic.
In addition to his undergraduate degree, Maxwell pursued advanced theological education, he received two honorary doctorates in Divinity and Philosophy from the Apostolic Biblical Theological Seminary (ABTS) New Delhi. He is a respected author and speaker and has received numerous accolades and invitations to speak at prestigious institutions and conferences worldwide.
Ministry
editMaxwell moved to Southaven, Mississippi, the United States of America, and established the Believers Flourishing Church, also known as The Joyous Church, in 2015. Since its inception, Maxwell has been serving as the president, pastor, and healing minister at the organization. The Believers Federation Center has a presence in over 38 countries worldwide.[2] Through the Believers Federation Center, Maxwell organizes annual healing sessions in Southaven, Mississippi, and Pensacola, Florida. In addition, he started Maxwell Daily Devotional, a Christian publication for adults, children, and youth, where Maxwell serves as an author.
In an increasingly digital world, Maxwell recognizes the importance of leveraging technology to reach a broader audience. "Technology allows us to reach beyond geographical boundaries, Maxwell notes. "We can connect with individuals who might never step foot in a physical church, offering them the same message of hope and salvation.
To further extend their reach[3], Believers Flourishing Church offers livestream Gospel Radio. Personal Life
editBeyond his influential ministry and dynamic leadership, Maxwell married a fellow pastor, Yolanda Nichole Felix, in 2019. The couple serve as pastors at Believers Flourishing Church supporting and uplifting each other as they serve their congregation and community. The couple is blessed with a child who is the light of their lives.
