Maria Gomes-Solecki is an immunologist and doctor of veterinary medicine. A professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, she focuses on research in Lyme Disease.[1] As of 2023, her h-index is 20.[2] She developed an oral Lyme vaccine for mice.[3] It was approved by the USDA in 2023.[4]
