Manisha Saboo is an IT corporate leader known for her contribution to the IT fraternity in Hyderabad. She is the first woman president of HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises association),[1] a 30-year-old organization.

Early life and domestic career edit

Manisha Saboo’s education journey began when she set her foot in Government Boys school. Later, she became an alumnus of Stanford School of Business Education.

As campus leader, Manisha began on day one of Infosys Hyderabad Campus in 2010 when it had 23 employees. The campus now has 40,000+ employees. Infosys Hyderabad has been the largest IT exporter in Telangana for 12 years and has won Infosys Award for Excellence 10 times. While she was campus head for Infosys Indore, the campus saw growth from 500 to 2700 within 8 months. Manisha has also contributed to many papers published in international conferences. She bagged the “Women achiever” award by the Telangana Government, Telangana, India.

Manisha began her IT career after completing MBA. As the delivery head she manages P&L for business revenue more than 400 million USD. She was invited to Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad to speak about Digital Transformation. She was speaker in IIIT Hyderabad Foundation month Distinguished Lectures series where her co-speaker was Vint Cerf, well known as father of Internet.

Personal life and career edit

Manisha is the campus head for Infosys Pocharam (aka Infosys SEZ Campus), the world’s largest IT campus spanned across 450 acres with more than 40,000 employees. Additionally, she is also serving as the First Female President to the reputed HYSEA, Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association, that includes more than 300 member enterprises such as Google, Deloitte, TCS, Microsoft, and Wells Fargo.

She has garnered media coverages such as Times of India[2], Sakshi, The Hindu[3], Eenadu.

Manisha is also a very active member in CSR activities, Corporate social Responsibility along with Infosys. Addressing and curbing issues such as Hunger, Malnutrition, Poverty, Education, Gender Equality and Women empowerment, she has been very active member in these drives.
