editFormation and Early Years (2012–2013)
editIn January of 2012, the band Live Like Glass formed with members Danny Fuentes for lead vocals, Michael Alarcon on lead guitar, Colin Loughe on rhythm guitar, Cisco Ramirez on Bass, and Tomas Ramirez on drums.
They Released their debut single that year called "Remember This Name."
The following year of 2013 they signed a deal with The Sin Circle Records to record their first EP "Always Unrequited."
Live Like Glass dropped their first music video on Sep 27, 2013 for "Trapped In Nostalgia" on the Bryan Stars YouTube channel.
The Music Video for "Just A Misunderstanding" debuted on Dec 10, 2013.
Breakthrough and Success (2014)
editLive Like Glass began to see significant traction with their music videos after their breakout single “Trapped In Nostalgia” captured the attention of both fans and critics alike. Their visually striking and emotionally charged content resonated deeply, leading to a surge in subscribers and views across their social media platforms. This newfound popularity caught the eye of The Sin Circle, who were gearing up for their highly anticipated tour. With Etienne Sin headlining and Desdemona as support, the tour was a major milestone for Live Like Glass, offering them the opportunity to perform on a numerous stages across the country. The tour not only amplified their exposure but also allowed them to connect with a broader audience.
"The Last Romance" and Departure of Four Members (2015)
editIn the spring of 2015, Live Like Glass recorded their full-length album, titled The Last Romance, at a studio owned by The Sin Circle. Featuring a blend of soaring melodies and introspective lyrics, marked a significant milestone in the band’s career. However, upon returning from the recording sessions, the band faced a dramatic shift in their lineup. Due to a combination of personal and professional differences, all members except for lead vocalist Danny Fuentes departed from the group. Despite this setback, Callahan decided to continue under the Live Like Glass name, determined to rebuild the band and pursue the album’s release and promotion as a solo effort.
Danny took Live Like Glass on a tour that was scheduled in the fall of 2015 with Alive/Alone as direct support and Dismantling The Silence. He hired a guitarist, and a drummer for the tour to compensate for the current lineup.
After tour, Live Like Glass went quiet as Danny started a solo venture under the name Danny Disastr.
The Return of Live Like Glass(2020–Present)
editOn June 10th 2020, Live Like Glass dropped a new song called "I'm Not Dead, I Just Can't Feel Anything" with this in the video description.
"So, yes. I've decided to officially bring back this project in collaboration with a friend named Josh over at JSR Audio. This is a project I started back in 2012, and it meant a lot to me. In 2015, LLG nearly disbanded, but I tried my best to keep it going until 2017 alone, but ultimately failed and got burnt out. I put a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and heartache into this. It was never about money. We don't know what the plan is on releases just yet, but this time Live Like Glass is independent. This is important because it means we can really put everything we have into these next releases without having to worry about deadlines. This is a passion project as of right now. There's a lot going on in the world and this is how, like many others, cope. With music.

Shortly after the release, there was no more updates from Live Like Glass until 2022.

It wasn't until January 21, 2023 that they dropped a cover of "Unholy" originally by Sam Smith, but the band is nowhere to be seen in the video, which raised a lot of question about the current line up. in June of 2024 Live Like Glass dropped their single "Hello" and confirmed they were back in full force. They later dropped a performance based music video for it on their YouTube. It was featuring Danny Fuentes on vocals, Michael Alarcon on lead guitar, Nikko Garza on Bass, and a Nathaniel Danley on drums. It's unknown if Nathaniel is in the permanent lineup.
In July they dropped another single called "W.O.B." and announced a show for the first time since 2015.
