Kamaluddin Saikia (1 February 1950 – 9 October 2020) was an Indian politician who served as the 1st Chairman Of Moria Development Council of Assam Government. Also he was the President of All Assam Moria(Muslim) Association. In 90th decade he also served as Secretary of Hazrat Azan Pir Dargah. He was a member of the Indian National Congress. But later he joined the Assam Gana Parishad .He was one of the popular Minority Leader of Upper Assam.
