JunkBunny is an American rock band, formed around 2014 in Montgomery, Texas.
History edit
2014-2015: Formation, Talent Shows edit
It is unclear when JunkBunny was formed, but the first video of JunkBunny would be uploaded February 24th, 2014, by the YouTube channel, Ed John [1]. At this time, the band was called "Contagious". Their first performance would be a cover of the Ozzy Osbourne Song, Crazy Train. For the next year, they would perform cover songs at their junior high.
2016-2018: The Contagious, And Going Higher edit
In Early 2016, Kade Lenamon Would Depart The Contagious, and would be replaced by Cayden Diebold. The Contagious would post their first video on Youtube , Being a cover of "Breed" By Nirvana, The Year after, they would open for Bon Jovi And ZZ top, seperately.
2019 - 2022: Junk Rock, Down The Rabbit Hole, And Caydens Departure edit
In 2019, The Contagious would rebrand to Junkbunny, and release their single, Sedona, a part of their EP, Junk Rock. Junk Rock Would Release on October 18th, 2019. A month prior, they would perform at the Louder Than Life Festival. . In 2020, they released "Down The Rabbit Hole." And in Early 2021, Cayden Diebold would leave Junkbunny. Cayden would be replaced by Seth Reissig. 2022 would mark the year that Jake Douglas would leave the band, and on September 15th, 2022, they would play their first show with new drummer, Isaac Moore.
2023-Present: Make Me Smile, DYTTA, Stale, And Starting Over edit
In September 2023, Junkbunny would release the song "Make Me Smile" , And a few months later, They would release "Drive You To The Airport" And "Stale". In April 2024, They Would announce their first album, "Starting Over". [2] Starting Over would Release May 3rd, 2024.
