Merge to John E. Proctor
John Elias Proctor (January 13, 1844 – December 15, 1944) was a waiter, farm laborer, bricklayer, teacher, and state legislator in Florida. He represented Leon County in the Florida House of Representatives from 1873 - 1875 and in 1879. He served in the Florida Senate from 1883 - 1885.[1]
He was born in Tallahassee.[1]
He died in Tallahassee.[1]
