Joginder Singh Habbi (born on February 9, 1974)[1][2] is a folk artist of Himachal Pradesh.[2] Joginder Habbi has been working for the preservation and promotion of Sirmouri folk culture for almost three decades. [2]

Joginder Habbi's efforts mainly focused on reviving extinct forms such as Hatti ki Natti, Thoda Dance, Sinhtoo Dance, Bharaltoo Tribal Dance, and Dagyali Nach.[3] Joginder Habbi has been working in the field of folk dance for the last 30 years. Artists of his Chudeshwar Folk Dance Cultural Board and Aasra Sanstha have showcased the folk dance and folk culture of Sirmaur not only in the country but also abroad. Under the leadership of Joginder Habbi, the artists of the cultural group have so far performed around 5000 stage performances,[3] big and small. [4]
