Javier Clemente Engonga Avomo is an entrepreneur, business advisor and writer from Equatorial Guinea.[1] He is one of the contemporary authors with the most books written in the Spanish language and has written and published hundreds of books, including novels, poetry, political and history essays[2]

Born in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, Javier Clemente is the second son of the marriage of Clemente Engonga Nguema Onguene and Marciana Avomo Nsue Oyana.
He studied his primary education at the Spanish School of Malabo and later higher education at the Colegio la Inmaculada de Armenteros, in Salamanca, Spain. In 2003 he travels to China to study Chinese Language and Culture at the Beijing Language and Culture University to later pursue a degree in Economics and International Trade at the Xiangtan University and a Master degree in International Business by the European Graduate Institute (IEP) from Madrid, Spain in 2016[3].
Javier has served as General Director of National Content in the Petroleum Industry and Inspector General of National Content in the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Energy (2010-2013)[4], General Manager of Business Promotion and Private Investments (2013-April 2015) and General Manager of Trade (June 2015 – 2019), respectively, in the Ministry of Commerce and Business Development of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.[5][6]

Javier has written and published hundreds of books, including novels, poetry, political and history essays, among which his anthologies of 'The History Of Africa' and 'The Timeless Enterprises'.history of Equatorial Guinea stand out.[7]
