Ishbilya (Gulf Arabic: اشبيلية, romanized: išbīlya) is a recently-constructed 4-block area in Farwaniya Governorate of Kuwait. It is named after Seville's historic name in Arabic. The area is served by the Ishbilya Co-Op Society.
