Inter Arma is an American post-metal/sludge metal/death metal/doom metal[1] band from Richmond, Virginia founded in 2006.[2]

Musical style and influences edit

Their style of music is a wide mix of subgenres, like death metal[3], doom metal[4], and sludge metal[5], and including influences identified outside of heavy metal, such as southern rock[6]

Themes edit

The band touches on larger dark themes like apocalypse and death[7], and more personal topics like addiction and suicide [8]
