ISO-SEC (legal firm name: International Security Organization, ISO KLG) is a local SWISS education provider that trains, evaluates, and registers private and governmental organizations, persons, products, and services on security, cybersecurity, intelligence, law enforcement, forensics, criminal investigations and emergency management.[1]

ISO-SEC are members of SVEB (Swiss Federation for Adult Learning), which is an umbrella organization for adult education.

ISO-SEC it is the commercial name of the International Security Organization - ISO KLG. A non-governmental Swiss Further Education and Accreditations Organization, with the mission to educate security, law enforcement, military and intelligence operatives.

ISO-SEC was initially named ISO (International Security Organization - ISO KLG) but was soon renamed to avoid being confused with ISO (International Organization for Standardization).

Awards and certifications edit

Ribeira Grande, the first municipality in the Azores to achieve ISO-SEC, Switzerland certification for its municipal civil protection services, received the certificate following the conclusion of the High Degree in Emergency Management, held between March and April, 2019.[2][1]

22nd December, 2022, the Director General, Department of State Services (DSS), Alhaji YM Bichi CFR, was honored with the DISTINGUISHED SECURITY SERVICE AWARD by ISO-SEC at the end of its international conference themed: THREATS TO SECURITY: A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE which held at Zurich, Switzerland[3].[4]
