The House of Heunburg, also known as the Heunburgs or Haimburgs, was a noble family in the region that is now modern-day Austria and Slovenia. The family held significant power in the medieval period, especially in the Carinthia region. The Heunburgs were prominent during the 12th and 13th centuries and were known for their roles in local politics, administration, and military matters.
