The Lord of the Horizon or Horizon's Lord (Ukrainian: Володар обрію, romanized: Volodar Obriyu) is a multi-purpose multi-caliber anti-material sniper rifle developed by the Ukrainian company of the same name, Volodar Obriyu LLC.

The Horizon's Lord was developed in November 2023; during the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. It was designed to be a man-portable rifle, capable of being transported in tight spaces, and have an easily replaceable barrel. The rifle is mainly chambered in 12.7x114, a .50 BMG bullet, or a Russian 12.7x108mm bullet in a shortened 14.5x114mm casing. [1] In February 2022, it was alleged that the 12.7×114 "HL" cartridge will eventually be brought to the international market.
Doctrine edit
The Horizon's Lord is intended to be used for for sabotage and counter-sabotage activities, for the destruction of enemy snipers, calculations of large-caliber machine guns, anti-tank missile systems (ATMR) and for fighting with lightly armored enemy vehicles.
