Heera Lal[1] is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS)[2][3] officer currently serving as the Special Secretary in the Irrigation & Water Resources Department[4] of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He is also the chairman and administrator of the Greater Sharda Sahayak Command Area Development Authority.[5][6][7]
Early life and education
editHeera Lal was born on July 1, 1967, in Village Bagdeeh, District Basti, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from G.B. P.[expand acronym][8][9]
Career
editLal began his career as an engineer at NTPC and later joined the Indian Administrative Service in 2009.[10]
Publications
editHeera Lal authored the book "Dynamic DM," which explores effective administrative strategies.[11]
