Hassan Ezzeldine (born 15 January 1980, in Tripoli) is a Lebanese businessman. Since 2018, he is the Chairman of Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon, which includes; Spinneys Hypermarket,Happy Discount Store, Grab 'N Go Convenience Store.[1]

Hassan Ezzeldine attended the Continental School of Jeddah for his entire elementary and high school education. He later graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2004.

Prior to Gray Mackenzie, Ezzeldine worked at Huta Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he was the Managing Partner and the Director of Operations. In 2015, he returned to Lebanon as an investor for several different projects.
In June 2023, Spinneys collaborated with the Children's Cancer Center in Lebanon (CCCL) to launch the 'In it to win it' donation campaign. This initiative served as an entertainment event with the primary objective of raising awareness and collecting donations dedicated to supporting the children under the care of CCCL.[2]
Initiated in 2018, Gray Mackenzie Retail executed a consistent expansion strategy across Lebanon, marked by the establishment of several branches that notably increased employment opportunities in the region[3]. In response to the economic challenges of 2019 and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Lebanon, various methods and strategic measures were implemented by Hassan Ezzeldine to sustain business operations.
Ezzeldine oversaw the continuous operations of franchises within the Gray Mackenzie network, by sourcing substitutes for prohibitively expensive products, importing goods from Turkey and Eastern Europe, and promoting local alternatives in key sectors like agri-food, cleaning, and beauty products[4][5]. Furthermore, the introduction of Happy, recognized as the 'Discount Store,' contributed to the provision of high-quality imported items at reduced prices, thereby enhancing value for its customer base.[6]
Ezzeldine founded the Retail Academy for young individuals, it is centered on enhancing their capabilities to work in various roles through lessons and guidance from specialists and employees within the group, providing opportunities to acquire leadership and entrepreneurial skills in business and marketing.[7]
