Harshith B Nair is an educator and a published author in the field of psychology. He is currently pursuing his Master of Education from Regional Institute of Education (NCERT), Mysuru and his MA in Psychology from Mizoram University. He has served as a Junior Under Officer (JUO) in the 13 Karnataka Battalion of NCC Army Wing and has won laurels in inter-battalion TSC competitions. He is Currently Affiliated to the American Psychological Association (APA) as a Graduate Affiliate and is also serving the role of a campus ambassador.

Harshith is currently serving as the President of the Students' Council at Regional Institute of Education (NCERT), Mysuru. He has served as a Vice President in the same organisation from 2021 to early 2023. He has headed in various capacities in various organisations. He served as an Advisory to the Krishnagiri Chapter of National Youth Council of India (NYCI), He has also served as the Ambassador at Global School Alliance and worked as a Research Fellow in Education at LexQuest Foundation. He has also worked as a curriculum developer at Sarkari Schools.in and as a Managed Network Expert at Chegg India. He was also a student member of the Indian Science Congress Association.

Harshith also has served multiple roles in the field of academia. He has served as a Chief Editor for his College Journal- "Vividh". He also served as a reviewer in multiple journals like International Journal of Learning, Teaching and Educational Research (Mauritius), Continuity In Education (UK), International Journal of Information and Education Technology (Singapore), Journal of Learning for Development (Canada), The International Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities Invention (India), Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education (US), International Journal of Sociology of Education (Barcelona, Spain), International Dialogues on Education (US) and Shanlax International Journal of Education (India).[1]

Harshith B Nair has conducted and published research in the field of education and psychology. His first paper titled "Influence of Media in Incitement of Violence and its Effect on Student Education"[2] was published in 2021. In 2022, he published two more papers titled: "Impact of Negative Emotions on Student Education in India"[3] and "Repercussions of Confirmation Bias in Teaching and Learning Processes".[4] In 2023, Harshith published two more research papers titled "Attitude of Educationalists on Implications of Value-Void Education in Creating Tunneled Individuals: A Case Study of Elizabeth Holmes and Annie Dookhan"[5] which is ERIC indexed and another paper titled "Inclusion of Children with Neurological Disorders in Indian Education Setting"[6] which is indexed by both ERIC and Scopus. He also authored a Reference book in the same year. His book Deciphering Academic Emotions[7] has been published by Redshine Publication in the later half of 2023. The book aimed to decipher the impact of academic emotions and strategies to utilise these emotions for a better learning experience.
