Hamid Ben Said, Mohamed Ben Said, (born 1948) is a Moroccan born filmmaker.[1]

He was born in Meknés.[2] He studied at the Lodz Film School in Poland.[3] He worked in Paris, France.[2]

He married Ewa Strzalka from Poland.[3]

He has worked with Paul Pascon.[4]

His film Birds of Paradise features two intertwines childhoods.[5]
