Plot edit

In the hieght of the Prohibtion in the year of 1928, Vinnie Connoli, a local enforcer for the mafia gang, was contactted by a mob boss named Belluccio to retieve a man called "Frankie the Fly" in a fictional town called "Thugtown."

Unaware, that an outbreak had taken place on Saint Patrick's Day due to an unknown virus poisoned the alcohol, turning most of the towns' inhabitents into zombies.

The ship was swiftly overrun by zombies but Vinnie Cannoli had managed to get off and onto the docks. After saving a man named "Rusty" and questioning him on Frankie's whereabouts. Rusty said that he was being held hostage by the Bonnino Gang in a club located the heart of the city as they are all ran by Sonny Bonnino on the south side of the city. The only short through the alleyway but when Rusty urged him to leave Thugtown while he still has the chance but it was brushed off.

Upon reaching the club, Vinnie demands to release Frankie but Sonny ordered his men to "break his legs" and went off to confront Frankie. He claimed to Frankie in interogation that he always known he was up to no good before Vinnie came in and then, after a gun fight, killed Sonny Bonnino with one bullet to the head.

Upon freeing Frankie, he revealed that he is the only one that could fly Mr. Belluccio's blimp before the city's destruction led by the 1920's National Guard but the army has fortified the bridge to the north side of town and will kill anyone who attempts to cross either they are infected or not, and if something happens, they had also rigged the bridge to blow. Again, Vinnie brushes him off and stated that if the army was not part of the solution then they are a part of the "problem."

After lowering the bridge, Frankie had lit the bombs and ran off leaving Vinnie to die, claiming that he has his own idea for the blimp.

After narrowly surviving the fall, he fought his way across the river to the other side of the bridge and defeated various zombies and mutant rats due to the poison. He found himself in an underground lab beneath Thugtown and upon encountering a German scientist chemist, he revealed that he had created the virus in flavor to strengthen the Prohibiton law by counteracting the bootlegging activities but was quickly shut down before Frankie had discovered him and convenced to delvope more of the deadly patheon after the latter had grown desperte after suffering a finacial fallout upon being unemployed.

He had revealed to the gangster that he had overheard Frankie talking about the "perfect diversion" and had no idea he intended on poisoning the alcoholic drinks of the whole town until the fateful day of March and was left for dead once his usefulness had ran out.

He pleaded to Vinnie to please take him back to the surface to fix the damage done due to his blindness but Vinnie, angered that Frankie is the mastermind behind the riots and the doctor had a hand in it, had declared that his problems will be fixed and he will be "Getting a taste of his own medicine" by literally putting him inside one of the containders filled with the virus he created.

After arriving to Mr. Belluccio's building, he pleaded for him to send the mob to kill Vinnie, claiming the he is a psychopath that will kill them all like how he had killed the Bonnino gang and that he was nearly killed by him. Mr. Belluccio, convinced, calls Tony to send their men to kill Vinnie at all costs to prevent him from getting to the Belluccio Building but was killed by Frankie after ending the call.

After reaching the top of the tower, Vinnie confronts Frankie who revealed that he killed Mr. Belluccio to get the money and get back at both the mobs and everyone for their mistreatment (even when there were no people involved in his life) as he was a "war hero" and he was happy that Vinnie had came along since the two rivial gangs had did not drink the tainted booze due to them brewing their own. He justifies his actions of the mass murder of Thugtown had "been a long time coming" to them.

He then thanks Vinnie for perfecting the diversion and readies to kill him since he intended to not leave behind the only witness to his crimes but Vinnie had emerged victorious as he jumps onto the blimp to beat Frankie mercilessly before preparing him to throw him off.

Frankie, now begging for his life, pleads to Vinnie to spare him as he was the only one that knows to fly the blimp but Vinnie only replies he'll "read the freaking manual" before throwing him off of the aircraft and into the city screaming as Thugtown was gased by the Miltary.

The only one left alive, Vinnie then flies away from the ruined city on Mr. Belluccio's blimp with his millions of dollars in tow, commenting that Frankie's plan "wasn't so bad after all."
