The company was established in 2015 by its founders Gregory Woszczalski and David Verschoor. It was created to bridge the gap in the Finance Industry by offering a wide range of products to small to medium enterprise businesses across Australia. Grow Finance Limited acquired a commercial equipment company Eclipx in 2019.
