Early life edit

Green Daddy was born on 13 March 1995 at Divine Foundation in Nateete, Kampala, Uganda to Ssalongo Kibalama Edward and Nalongo Nabunya Justice. He attended Bright Trust Primary School, Mityana Singo College, Bright Secondary School Busega & Esom School of Music.[1]

Music career edit

Green Daddy started his music career as Ziza Bafana's backup artist in 2016, and later joined a record label called Capital Music Icons in 2018 working with Opa Fambo as a duo. In the duo, his stage name was Mosh Mavoko and his partner was Opa Fambo. They made hits like Baatya, Akagaali ft Spice Diana, Nsangayo, etc.

In 2018 the duo's rumors about splitting started and that left Ugandans worrying about the two's careers.[2] They later separated and Green Daddy started his solo carreer with his own record label Green Gang and changing name from Mosh Mavoko to Green Daddy. The two are currently just friends and have no feud together after their duo reunion failed.[3]

After the duo split, Green Daddy has released songs like Mulabe, Binsesa, Bitandike featuring Raba Daba, Recho Rey & EeZzy.

He later partnered with Cruz Entertainment in a recording deal where he managed to release his first EP titled HATTRICK featuring songs NETAMIRIDE, BALONGO, BINGABIRE, and bonus track NANSANANA which became so popular in Uganda.

Green Daddy's feud with Ugandan talent manager and manager of Spice Diana Roger & Spice Diana shocked Ugandans.[4]
