Ginger Martini, born Heather Stewart on August 5 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, developed a passion for costume design early in her life. She pursued her education at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she honed her skills in costume design and laid the foundation for her successful career.

Ginger's breakthrough came with her significant contributions to several high-profile films and television series. Her work on Netflix's In The Tall Grass, starring Patrick Wilson, and IFC's Backcountry, starring Missy Peregym, brought her acclaim. She further solidified her reputation with the period film Rosie, starring Keris Hill, for which she won a CAFTCAD Award for Best Indie Costume Design.
