Gian Arre is a Filipino film writer and director best known for his progressive short films in human rights and human perspectives. His first full-length film Tether [1] received the Best Sound Design Award and Best Actor Award for Mikoy Morales on the Cinemalaya 2023 Film Festival. [2] He was born in Manila, Philippines.
