Gergo Bogar is a Ugrian soccer referee born on August 28, 1991 in Szalgótarján. He started refereeing matches in the Hungarian Championship in 2018, and was awarded FIFA and UEFA referee status in 2020.

In his first match in the Hungarian Championship on September 1, 2018, between Mesekeveszd and Puskás Akademi, Bogár showed three yellow cards.[1]
He made his European debut on August 27, 2020 in the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round match between Iskra from Danilovgrad and Lokomotiv Plovdiv. In this match, Bogar also showed three yellow cards.[2]
Bogar refereed his first international match at national team level on September 4, 2021, when Qatar lost to Portugal 1-3. In that match, the Ugorean referee showed three yellow cards and suspended two Qatar players.
In 2021, Bogar refereed the Hungarian Cup final.[3]
On November 2, 2023 Gergio Bogar refereed the UEFA Conference League, group stage, 5th round: Ferencvaros (Hungary) - Panathinaikos (Greece), and on November 5, 2023 - UEFA Champions League, group stage, 5th round: Shakhtar (Ukraine) - Benfica (Portugal).[4]
