Georgia Elizabeth Weidman (born 1987) is a author, entrepreneur, penetration tester, security researcher, speaker, trainer, mentor, and angel investor.
She is the author of Penetration Testing: A Hands-On Introduction to Hacking and a contributor to Tribe of Hackers: Cybersecurity Advice from the Best Hackers in the World and Tribe of Hackers Red Team: Tribal Knowledge from the Best in Offensive Cybersecurity.
She has served as a subject matter expert with the National Science Foundation (NSF)'s National CyberWatch Center[1]'s National Visiting Committee[2], the Federal Trade Commission's IoT Home Inspector Challenge[3][4], and as a New America Foundation Cybersecurity Policy Fellow[5].
