Gavin Monaghan is an Irish-British producer based in Wolverhampton, England, with over 30 gold and platinum records.[2][3]

Monaghan has worked with Robert Plant, Led Zeppelin, Grace Jones, Editors, Paolo Nutini, The Twang, The Holloways, Ocean Colour Scene, Tony Christie, The Cult, Sly and Robbie, Jimmy Somerville, Aswad, Elvis Costello, Terry Hall, Kirsty MacColl, Femi Kuti, Jah Wobble, Meredith Brooks, Goldblade, Nizlopi, Scott Matthews, Lemmy, The Destroyers, Stone, Headshrinkers, The Sherlocks, The Blinders, JAWS, and The Twang, among hundreds of others.[4] [5]

His music has featured in multimillion dollar advertisements and major film and television productions such as Peaky Blinders, the Twilight films, Austin Powers and Gangs of London.[6]

Twice awarded BMA Producer of the Year and Studio of the Year (2019, 2022 - 2023),[7] Monaghan also lectures in production.[8]

In 2022, he started the band Mama ft. Antonella with author Antonella Gambotto-Burke.[9]
