Founded in 2000, Frontier Senior Living is a group of nationwide Senior Living communities, offering residents luxury Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. CEO Greg Roderick is a third-generation family member in the senior living community space.[1] He serves as the Chair of the Texas Assisted Living Association and is a Board Member of the Florida Senior Living Association.

Headquartered in Dallas, TX, with a services office in Portland, Oregon, the company was previously known as Frontier Management, but changed its name to Frontier Senior Living in 2023 to more accurately reflect its brand and senior-focused services.[2][3]

As of 2024, Frontier Senior Living has a footprint spanning the United States with more than 100 locations and over 10,000 apartments.[4] Frontier Management secured the top 3rd spot in J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study, following LCS and Atria Senior Living.[5]

In April 2024, U.S. News & World Report acknowledged 25 Frontier Senior Living Communities as offering the best in senior living.[6] Furthermore, in collaboration with Tesis Biosciences, Frontier Management is now offering pharmacogenetic testing across its 100+ facilities, aiming to enhance medication management and boost health outcomes for senior residents.[7]

Senior Living Services & Wellness Programs

edit

Frontier Senior Living offers a wide variety of senior services, designed to meet the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of each resident. Lifestyle options include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Communities are located across the U.S. and provide living accommodations, restaurant-quality meals, nursing care, medication management, and hotel-style amenities. Frontier’s Spark™ program[8] is inspired by Montessori methods and focuses on giving residents meaningful ways to feel needed and be productive. The program allows them to do the things they have always done, in total alignment with their individual skill levels.
