Frederick H. Hayn (1874-1935) was a patent examiner, screenwriter, and lawyer in the United States. He moved ot Los Angeles.[citation needed]

He graduated from Cornell University in 1897. He was part of the Buffalo Club at the university.[1] He was an assistant examiner in New York.[2][3] He worked on the United States Patent Office in Washington D. C., married, and had a daughter.[4]

He wrote about raising asparagus.[5] He wrote an article about locomotive engineering?[6] He had an office in the I. W. Hellman building in Los Angeles.[7]

In 1923 he was admitted to practice law at the Supreme Court of the United States.[8]
