Samer Ousta (born May 6, 1981), better known as ForeignGerms, is a Syrian-Uruguayan content creator and philanthropist. His content is focused on giving money to strangers while pretending to be a beggar on the streets. Hence, this spearheaded to become an acclaimed video series entitled “Pulubing Foreigner”. He has 9.5 million subscribers overall across various social media platforms.

Sam was born in Zaragoza, Spain to Nabil Ousta.

He began creating videos in 2019, (first youtube name) (first upload) (content of videos). He went viral in (year) (video that peaked). He continued making videos with the same concept but added other content types as well such as street games with cash prizes, street interviews, skits with his family, and challenging strangers. He also grew to recognition by brands such as Sailun Tires Philippines, GCash, Grab, Andoks, Extreme One, ABC Hotel, and Aurora Games; which he has collaborated on projects with.

Sam got married to Franchesca Ousta Mondragon with three children: Xyhlei Eia (oldest), Robbert Wachtel, and Moonlight Zafirah (youngest). The ForeignGerms Family are now beloved across multiple social media platforms first appearing on the main accounts of ForeignGerms. They now have a Facebook page named “ForeignGerms Family'' which currently has 179 thousand followers. The Foreigngerms Family has collaborated with brands such as Tang for a TV commercial which aired February 2022. His second child, Robbie Wachtel is now pursuing a career in acting.
