The Food and Drug Organization of Iran(Persian:سازمان غذا و دارو (ایران) is a government organization under the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, which was approved and formed on 15 March 2009 in the Supreme Administrative Council. The responsibility of this organization is under the responsibility of the Deputy Food and Drug Ministry of the Ministry of Health.This organization is also known as Sib Salamat Iran.Also, its full and official name is the Food and Drug Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Previous organization It was the Deputy Food and Drug Ministry of Health.The organization under it is Halal Research Center.Annual budget it is 63.7 billion tomans (year 2014). The field of supervision of pharmaceutical affairs is an interdisciplinary field at the master's level, which is a subset of drug quality control and assurance.[2] The purpose of creating this course is to train students to provide inspectors of the Food and Drug Organization and its sub-commissions and quality assurance experts in the pharmaceutical industry sector, which previously, the need for these people was felt in the pharmaceutical sector.During their studies, students of this field get to know the principles of optimal production (GMP), pharmaceutical rules and regulations in all authoritative pharmaceutical authorities, the creation and preparation of a comprehensive pharmaceutical file, the principles of audit and inspection in the field of medicine.[3] The first entry of students in this field took place in 2013 at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and the first graduate of this field was Mr. Alireza Simi, who won the first rank and defended his thesis in 2013 on the subject of quality control criteria for tissue and cell engineering products.
