FleetPride[1] is a private equity owned, multi-state independent distributor of heavy duty truck and trailer parts and services, headquartered in Irving, TX. As of 2023, FleetPride company-owned network spans across 46 states with 300+ locations, including 85+ service centers, and 5 distribution centers.

The company began with 49 independently owned and managed parts stores and service shops in 1999-2000, when private equity firms Aurora Capital and Brentwood Associates merged businesses. Over the course of 23 years, the company experienced nationwide expansion through mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin Weadick was appointed Chief Executive Officer on April 10, 2023.[2]
