History
editFOGO Solutions was founded in 2010 under the name, FOGO Data Centers by Richard M. Haney Jr. in Carrollton, Georgia. FOGO Data Centers specialized in providing advanced cloud technologies and infrastructures and secure and compliant IT solutions that help solve the complex technology challenges of the 21st century. FOGO later opened a data in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 2021, FOGO Data Centers merged with Douglasville-based technology company TransAmerican Computer Consulting and New Orleans-based digital marketing agency 2nd Line Marketing to form FOGO Solutions. To celebrate the merger, FOGO hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 27, 2021 with the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce for their Business After Hours event.[1][2] FOGO CEO, Richard M. Haney Jr. said of the merger,
“We are excited for the merger with TACC [and 2nd Line Marketing]. Our combines talents and services will give our clients a comprehensive technology package that allows them to focus on their core business while we handle everything else.”
