Exequiel Siguenza Grageda (16 January 1903) Exequiel S. Grageda was a Filipino lawyer, politician, and delegate to the 1935 Constitutional Convention representing the 2nd District of Camarines Sur.[1]

Early life and education

Exequiel was born at Brgy. Divina Pastora, Bato, Camarines Sur to Don Felix Morata Grageda and Doña Agustina Siguenza. He is the eldest among his six siblings.

Grageda completed his primary education at Bato Central in Bato, Camarines Sur. He subsequently finished his secondary education at Camarines Sur National High School in Naga City. He pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of the Philippines and later continued his studies at the same institution's law school, graduating as the Batch Salutatorian in 1927.
