Enawgaw Mehari, M.D (Amharic: አናውጋው መሃሪ) was born on December 6, 1960, at Temamagne (Amanuel ),Gojjam, Ethiopia. As the founder and president of People to People, Inc. Dr. Mehari's educational journey led him from  Amanuel elementary school, Nigus Teklehaimanot Junior High School and General Wingate  High School ( Boarding )  in Addis Ababa to international universities, culminating in a medical degree from Comenius University in Czechoslovakia and Neurology Residency at University of Kentucky with advanced fellowships in Pain Management and neurophysiology at Case Western University in Ohio and Neuro-AIDS at Washington University in St. Louis in the United States, positioning him as a respected expert in his field.
