Edwin Wilmer (1819 - 1888)[1]
Before the Civil War he developed a shipping line.[2]
He commanded 6th Delaware Infantry Regiment Company A.
After the war he was convicted of embezzling money paid by draftees for substitutes.[5]
He was married to Hannah E. Wilmer.[6]
