Dukiya Investments is a Lagos-based real estate development and construction firm that specialises in buying and selling real estate products like land and homes.[1][2][3][4] Dukiya's mission is to address the housing deficit problem in Nigeria and make every Nigerian a homeowner.[5][6][7]

History edit

Bayo Lawal and Lukman Shobowale founded Dukiya Investment Limited in 2021. The company's logo was rebranded in 2022.[8]

According to the co-founder and head of business development, Lukman Shobowale, ''the reason for the company's logo rebrand was to emphasise real estate as an asset worth investing in.''

Awards and recognition edit

The company was awarded the Most Innovative and Enterprising Firm during the Real Estate Conference and Recognition Award (RECRA) 2023.[9] In 2022, Dukiya was nominated as one of the Top 100 SMEs in Nigeria by Business Day.[10]

Leadership edit

Dukiya Investments is headed by Lukman Olawale Shobowale and Babatunde Bayo Lawal who serve as the Head of Business and Head of Strategy and Growth, respectively.[11][12][13]
