ABOUT: Dr. Ellie Phillips (born July 22, 1949) is an American dentist and founder of Zellie's Xylitol Mints and Gum. She is the author of several books including Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye and Mouth Care Comes Clean. In 2010, she became a founding member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH).
