Dr. Champaka B M received her early education at SSVM in Banashankari, Vijaya High School in Basavanagudi, and National College, Jayanagar. She earned her MBBS from Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur, between 1994 and 1999, and completed her internship in 2000. She specialized in pediatrics, obtaining a DCH from St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore from 2005 to 2007.

Dr. Champaka began her career as a Resident Doctor at Sindhi Hospital, Sampangi Rama Nagar, Bangalore (2000-2002), and then as a Senior Resident Doctor at Sagar Apollo Hospital, Tilak Nagar, Bangalore (2002-2004). She served as a Registrar in Pediatrics at Moulana Super Specialty Hospital and Wockhardt Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore (2008-2009). From 2009 to 2010, she was a Junior Consultant in Pediatrics in Perinthalmanna, Kerala. Dr. Champaka was a Consultant Pediatrician at EK Nayanar Hospital, Edavanna, and NIMS Hospital, Wandoor, Kerala (2010-2012). She founded Ritu Hospital in Major, Kerala, in 2012 and later Ritu’s Clinic[2] in Gubbalala, Bangalore, in 2015. Since 2017, she has been the Chairman and Managing Director of Ritu Hospital, Gubbalala, Bangalore.
