I would also suggest reading WP:SIRS as a press release was added which can never be used to establish notability. Deliverect is a Belgium based B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) company that creates digital ordering and delivery software for restaurants.[1] The company's platform integrates orders from online food delivery platforms with a restaurant's existing point-of-sale (POS) system to allow restaurant's to accept orders from multiple channels. The technology employs a combination of APIs and cloud-based infrastructure.

Deliverect was founded in 2018 by Jan Hollez, Zhong Xu, Jelte Vrijhoef, and Jerome Laredo. The company's first product was software that consolidated orders from food delivery platforms into a single view.

As of August 2023, Deliverect has developed over 400 integrations ranging from point-of-sale systems,[2] menu and inventory management, q-commerce, fulfillment and delivery platform solutions. These include Toast,[3] Square, Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub.[4]

The company has raised funds from Redpoint Ventures,[5] OMERS Ventures,[6] Coatue Management, DST Global, SmartFin Capital, Newion Investments[7] and private investors.

In January 2022, Deliverect completed it's series D funding round with a valuation over 1 billion dollars.[8][9]

In January 2023, Tesco brand One Stop announced it would be expanding its online delivery using Deliverect software.[10][11]

On May 10th, 2023, Deliverect announced that it had acquired ChatFood,[12][13] a software solution focused in social media ordering, order and pay at table, and loyalty.

On September 15th, 2023 Deliverect and Uber announced a partnership where Deliverect will preferentially route deliveries via Uber Direct's delivery service.[14]

On January 17th, 2024 Little Caesars announced they would be partnering with Deliverect to help integrate and scale its global third-party delivery operations.[15]
