Debajit Changmai is a re-recording mixer with membership in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.[1][2][3][4][5][6]. He is the winner of a National Film Award[7][8][9][10][11][12], three Assam State Film Awards, three International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) for Best Sound Mixing, an Apsara Producers Guild Film Awards, and the Assam Gaurav Award, the third highest civilian award by the Govt of Assam.[13][14][15][16][17]
He has worked with Majid Majidi in Beyond the Clouds (2017 film)[18] and with Mira Nair in The Reluctant Fundamentalist (film).[19]
