Dasho Rinzin Gyelsthen (Born n September 12, 1950 in Paro District). He was the Supreme Court of Bhutan,Chairperson of the Royal Advisory Council of Bhutan ,Zhung Kalyon , Dzongdag of Trashigang District, Sarpang District, Samdrup Jongkhar District and GelephuGewog. He comes from a very powerful Ancestry of Mind and Speech reincarnations of the Zhabdrung Rinpoche, The great Pema Lingpa, Paro Penlop Dawa peljor and Nim Dorji, Daga Dzongpen Rinzin Dorji, and Desi Dorji Namgyal.Desi Dorji Namgyal who was the brother of Jigme Namgyal (Bhutan). He was honored with the red scarf and given the honored the title Dasho and given the title Zhung Kalyon in 1986 and he is also known as the last Zhung Kalyon of Bhutan. He dedicated his life to serve the King, Country and People of Bhutan
