Dane Mills was born in Brockville, Ontario, Canada.

Career

Arcade Fire

Mills is best known for his early work with the band Arcade Fire. He joined the band in its formative years and contributed to their debut EP, Arcade Fire (2003). His drumming and creative input were integral to the band's early sound, helping to shape their blend of indie rock and orchestral elements.

Solo projects and collaborations

In addition to his work with bands, Mills has pursued solo projects and collaborations with other artists. His solo work often explores experimental and avant-garde themes. As a session drummer, Mills has also contributed to recordings across various genres.
