Cornelius Solomon Palmer (November 2, 1844 – June 11, 1932) was a justice of the Dakota Territorial Supreme Court from 1884 to 1888.[1]
Born in Underhill, Vermont, Palmer assumed his brother Simeon's identity to take his place in the American Civil War.
Palmer was buried at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
